Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by ApexCrew Oakley Landscaping, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Overview

We provide professional landscaping services including lawn care, landscape design, hardscaping, irrigation systems, tree and shrub care, mulching, sod installation, and landscape lighting. All services are performed by trained professionals in Oakley, CA and surrounding areas.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you give us. Final pricing may vary depending on actual site conditions, materials needed, and project scope. We will notify you of any significant changes before proceeding with work.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be subject to change based on market conditions and material costs.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For larger projects, we may require a deposit before work begins.

Late payments may be subject to interest charges of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate allowed by law, whichever is lower.

Scheduling and Cancellations

We will do our best to keep scheduled appointments. However, weather conditions, equipment issues, or emergencies may require rescheduling. We will notify you as soon as possible if changes are needed.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less notice may be subject to a service fee.

Property Access and Safety

You agree to provide safe and clear access to work areas. This includes securing pets, marking underground utilities, and removing any obstacles that could interfere with our work.

We are not responsible for damage to unmarked underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden items not identified before work begins.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work. Most services come with a satisfaction guarantee, and specific warranties apply to installations like sod, plants, and hardscaping. Details will be provided with your project agreement.

Natural events like severe weather, pest damage, or acts of nature are not covered under warranty. Proper maintenance by you is required to keep warranties valid.

Liability Limitations

We carry appropriate insurance for our operations. However, our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns about our services, please contact us directly. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through discussion will be handled according to California state law.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the new terms.
